VOTAI Consultancy began with a simple conviction: that every individual, team and community has untapped potential waiting to be unlocked. Guided by our motto — Reskilling and Upskilling You for a Better Future — what started as a small training initiative has grown into a full-service coaching, training and development firm working with individuals, schools, businesses, NGOs and community groups across Kenya.
Today, we offer 18 programs across Coaching Services, Education & Skills Development, Corporate Training & Development, and Corporate & Community Engagements — each built on an experiential learning approach that combines practical exercises, real-life scenarios and guided practice. Every program can be delivered physically, virtually or in a blended format, all grounded in tools that create real, lasting change.
